£275A private celebration with full access to our play space, perfect for little explorers who just want to play and have fun. Ideal for up to 20 children (maximum 42 guests, including adults).

Food is not included and self-catering is not permitted, except for a birthday cake.
The Feast & Fun Party
£425A mix of exciting play and a delicious meal, making it a truly special celebration. Perfect for up to 20 children (maximum 42 guests, including adults).

- 90-minute private hire of our play space
- Unlimited squash for kids
- Digital invitation
- Table dressing for the children's table
- A free return visit for the birthday child and two adults
- Individual party plates for each child
Food options for children (choose one from each category):
- Main: Pizza slices & chips OR fresh sandwiches (cheese, ham, or jam)
- Snack: Grazing platter (crisps, biscuits, fresh veg sticks)
- Dessert: Fruit salad OR ice cream with sprinkles
The Mini Magic Party
£18 per childIdeal for smaller celebrations with shared access to our play area. We accommodate 8 to 12 children, each with one accompanying adult. Price per child includes one adult.
Includes:
- 90-minute play session
- Unlimited squash for kids
- Table dressing for the children's table
- A free return visit for the birthday child and two adults
- Individual party plates for each child
Food options for children:
- Fresh sandwiches (cheese, ham, or jam)
- Snack: Crisps & fresh veg sticks

Additional children, such as older siblings, will need to purchase a ticket online.

For our Exclusive Venue Hire, we can accommodate up to 20 children. For our Shared Venue Hire, it's 8-12 children and any extra guests will need to purchase tickets in advance. Two adult tickets are included for free for the birthday child.

Babies in arms do not need to be included in the capacity numbers. Please note, we do not allow buggies into the cafe area for health and safety reasons - do share this information with your guests.

We can hold your date once the deposit (50% of the full amount) is confirmed for Exclusive Venue Hire or full payment is received for Non-Exclusive Hire.

All Exclusive Venue Hire Parties are structured with 1 hour play time, followed by 30 minutes for food, at which time the play area is closed. If only serving cake, play time is extended with just 15 minutes at the end to serve.
For a Mini Magic Party, food will be served 30 minutes before the end of the session time. It is the party host's responsibility to call the children to eat, sing happy birthday and cut the cake during the session. -
The party host can access the room 5 minutes before your party begins (except for the 9:30 am slot, where you can arrive at 9:15 am). We require time for deep cleaning between parties/sessions.

We don't allow outside food or drinks due to strict allergen rules. However, you're welcome to bring a nut-free birthday cake and you'll need to take responsibility for any allergens of your guests. If you don't have exclusive hire, our cafe offers meals for both adults and children.

Due to limited space, we are unable to store cakes ahead of your session time. Please note, we have a cake knife and matches - you just need to bring the candles!

You're welcome to bring decorations for the party but strictly no decorations are allowed in the play area. Please check with staff on the day for areas where decorations can't be placed. All decorations and balloons must be taken with you after the party and we kindly ask you to leave promptly for clean-up.

Yes, you can bring additional entertainment for Exclusive Venue Hire, subject to approval from management and space availability. Please let us know the details in advance so we know who is coming. They must attend during the play time.

If you need to cancel your booking with less than four weeks' notice, we are unable to refund or transfer your session, as we have declined other party bookings to accommodate Exclusive Venue Hire. However, if you inform us as soon as possible, we will make every effort to resell the tickets for your session. If successful, we will refund you an amount equivalent to the ticket sales. Should we resell tickets up to the full value of your booking, we can offer you the option to reschedule your booking to a new date.

If there's space and you're paying per head, you can add a child on the day subject to availability. Payment will be processed at the start of the party.

Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds for no-shows (under all circumstances).
